Hello, I have a blocked character in the game at level 72, I'm currently in a game with a boss, I can't do anything (sad)

What do you mean by "a blocked character" ?
Nobody can help you without a more precise explanation of what the problem is. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
