game crash to login window when reentering map

in a desert spring map i killed almost all of the monster (did not entered the boss area)

also there were 4 ritual altars. i did 3 of them, and in the fourth i loged out to not to die.

then trying to reenter the map send me to login window and do not consume a portal

loged in and tryed it again. same crash all the time with 5 portals remaining

It sounds like an instance crashed and the game failed to delete the portals for whatever reason.
