Forge Hammer Bug - Throwing Forge Hammer off screen in area makes unable to recall hammer

Currently throwing Forge Hammer off screen or off a path that has no connecting or attached paths will result in Forge Hammer being unable to be recalled.

In this example I am on a narrow ledge part of the Kriar Peaks and throwing my hammer off the "edge" or into the black part of the mini-map (no attached paths or hittable terrain) results in Forge Hammer being unable to recall and rendering the Skill Gem void. Recalling to town and recalling back allows the use of Forge Hammer as normal once again.
