Disengage causing crashes

I did not start experiencing this issue until Ngakanu in Act 4, but since that specific map and everything following it I have had my poe2 crash just about anytime I use disengage. I tried changing all kinds of settings and whatnot, but ended up noticing it was specifically happening after using disengage and not really sure what the correlation there is. Does not matter if there is a screen of enemies, or just one as well.

I may have missed another topic covering this, if so I apologize but I did try to look for help and answers regarding this before posting.
