Lightning bolt doesn't work with spell cascade, or spell echo.

Those two supports seem to work with every other AOE spell you can socket them into, but for some reason they don't work for lightning bolt as a staff implicit spell. I even tested it in maps to see if it just needed a monster to target, but it also didn't work there. I believe there was a patch to make triggered lightning bolt (from choir of the storm) to not be able to echo, but even spell cascade doesn't work on the choir crit proc either. Spell cascade is even a recommended gem to socket into lightning bolt.
