QoL - No cost of gold when refunding weapon set passives (and the reason why)

Basically, if you have skill points available you can change the allocation of a node from weapon set 1/2 to both weapons for free

When doing tests, i sometimes end up paying to reallocate my passives when there's no need for that, i could've simply reallocated a node to a different weapon set and not spend any gold

The cost starts adding up when you're making a lot of tests by refund passives all the time, so i think a change like this would be useful

I never reached a point where i ran out of gold but i think this would be nice to have either way, and it'd possible help casual players too
