About CI build with "lose life per second"

HI!I make a CI build juggernaut this season.My belt has 33hp gain per second, and one of my helicial ring has"lose 4 seconds per second.
It is weird that even I reflect this helicial ring, i should have 33-4-4=25 hp gain per second.However, I always get to hp0 while having at least 8000 energy shield.I don't know what to do. Thank you so much! Last bumped on Dec 30, 2025, 8:44:03 AM

Got any solutions?? i bough helical ring with lose life too, when i use it with kalandra touch it insta kills me even since i got over regen :(

You have 1 life, in order to survive any direct life degen you have to have the same amount (or more) of regen and your life value should not hit 0 during the calculation.
I assume you have something that prevents your regen from working. Also note that you can't have more than 29.9 flat life degen per second on a CI build and stay alive. Last edited by ThisIsAJoke#3467 on Dec 30, 2025, 12:30:17 PM
