Last Lament nerf

so Last Lament becomes popular with the Lich after GGG put it on a pedestal in their build of the week video. It made clever use of game mechanics and required the player to actually think outside of the box to get it working if they were to use it without watching a guide.
Now they nerf it away from the Lich because it was obviously not an intended game mechanic....

I am never sharing my builds again :)
As simple as that.

If they’re gonna keep the nerf why not just remove the Unique :(
