How about making the enemies generate and spend?

At least if you are going to handcuff us to these annoying and frustrating mechanics, the enemies should be subject to the same.
Let's see the enemies stand there doing nothing while their cooldowns run, they regain mana, generate frenzy, power, and endurance charges (which all just do nothing), wait for the player to get inflicted with the right ailment, and run around trying to Pac Man up infusions. I find that a cool idea: enemies that can collect frenzy charges, elemental infusion, etc. and use them to perform powerful abilities. Would make add another layer to the combat: needing to pay attention to enemies gaining those charges and therefore becoming a larger threat.
However they still should be attacking normally without charges and not simply stand around doing nothing. |

op was a little dramatic but TBH by doing this, like @Meril said, would empower the boss and make for fun and interesting gameplay mechanics. +1
