Game crashed and my character has died in hardcore.

Hello,
I have opened a chest with minions, my game has crashed immediately.. Unfortunately, after turning the game again, my character has died and it is in standard league. Is there any way to check my logs that I indeed was lagged? I can not finish the league with my friend now. Can you please take a look on this issue and potentially revive my warrior? I am very sorry, however GGG never restore Hardcore characters for any reason.
https://www.pathofexile.com/support Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
