I read it, and it was painful: get rid of the caps. Proofread because it makes almost no sense. Reorganize and form your thoughts because you jump all over the place without finishing any thought.
What exactly is the purpose of this post? It's not that no one will read it because of your ideas.....no one will read it because of HOW you wrote it. Starting anew....with PoE 2

If your intent was to give actual, valuable feedback to the devs, your writing should be informed by the reader in mind. No dev is going to read this and think "yup, he's right. I should be listening to this guy. he knows what's up", but see an incoherently forumulated rant post with caps lock on top of it.
If the purpose was to just rant of course, then rant away. Can be meditative I know The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
