I open a map and it just vanish when i try entering it

Greetings, i have open three maps with scarab and moral modifiers, but for some reason when i try entering it, it just vanish from the device, and all the gates closes, i tryed resetting the game, but it still the same, so i thought it might be internet connection problem, but my internet is connected perfectly, and now it keeps giving me this game server is disconnected from the realm
