Fps suddenly drops and dont get back to normal

As in title, i have a 5060TI 16GB and a Intel I5 14600K, when i open the game, my avg fps is 200 in ho and about 120-130 in town, when i start actually playing the game suddenly smt happens and my fps literally drops to 40-50 and never backs to normal, not even in another instance not even if i relog, only backs to normal if i close the game and start again, but i keeps happening after i play 10-15m. anyone with same problems ?

Could be thermal throttling, closing the game then reopening it gives the cooling system time to catch back up. 10-15 min later you hit TJmax. Check that, if it isnt then scratch that off the process of elimination.

i dont think thats the case cause my temperatures dont go above 70c°, searching a bit more here ive found some similar cases and 90% of them says is the drivers from nvidia, ive uninstalled all my drivers and got a very old release to test and the seems to work fine now, been about 30m since ive done this and the game dont drop more than 20 frames. gonna test more versions of nvidia drivers to find the sweet spot.

Good to hear youve eliminated temps, driver was my next thought since Nvidia has dropped the ball with their drivers lately.

" in it's current state it is the most unoptimized game I have ever played in my 35 years of pc gaming. the settings i have to use to get even remotely close to 60fps makes the game look like an NES game compared to poe1. it's just not optimized. no fault of your own. they have finally addressed the issue publicly, but i seriously doubt it will be even better. my main issue is that their recommended specs are way off. you need a significantly faster cpu to handle this game than they are advertising. |

Im having the same problem. 20-30 min in my fps drops massively, restart is only thing that seems to fix
