Having trouble with massive ping spikes, usually around to 3k, usually when there are many monsters near. Other games work just fine..

For context, this is your ISP's gateway and would, essentially, be down the street from you. The physical distance travelled is vanishingly small. That the router did not respond to the echo requests means we are incapable of ruling out your own router as the cause for the issue. As we're able to exercise a greater level of control over a device in your home than a device operated and configured remotely by your ISP, it makes sense to begin troubleshooting efforts there. We can always escalate to your ISP later if required. First, try doing a power cycle whenever is convenient; https://www.poecommunity.help/miscellaneous/other/perform-a-power-cycle While doing it, just check briefly whether the device seems notably warm in your hands. If the issue persists after a thorough power cycle, please post a new MTR log. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
