Emperor's Mastery Abyss full completion Valdo's Map, No Reliquary Spawn

Just ran a 118 div Emperor's Mastery Valdo's map, completed the abyss (got the abyssal trove to spawn when it ended and opened it, made sure to kill the abyss mobs) and even perma killed the restless dead (managed to bring in a friend later to kill them fast enough to permanently hit 0 mobs remaining just to make sure) along with the boss for map complete and still didn't get the reliquary to spawn. I've heard this is a not super uncommon bug with abyss completion requirements in valdo's maps? Down 118 divs now, presumably due to this bug, which stings a bit.

If it helps, I ran the abyss roughly halfway through the map (before killing the boss). I even completed the natural ultimatum and breach defense on the map afterwards too, just in case.
