BUG | Champion + Celestial Brace + Replica Badge of the Brotherhood

When having fortitude(Nearby Allies count as having Fortification equal to yours You have your maximum Fortification) allocated and using celestial brace and replica badge of the brotherhood

It removes endurance charges even though we are not gaining fortify

Is this intended or can you fix it with some code stuff

Are both you and your allies losing endurance charges?

This may be intentional, generally, 'counting' as, and actually having are two separate things. For example, Ralakesh's Impatience make you 'count' as having maximum of a specific charge, but do not prevent you from still gaining those charges. At least for the boots this is shown visually when you gain a charge, it might not be visually correct for your allies with Fortitude allocated.
