Titan Colossal Capacity (Extra Inventory Space Chest) Gone

Two different Titan characters no longer have Colossal Chest. Any collosal chest items were moved to normal inventory, and cant access Colossal chest anymore. I double-checked, and I still have Colossal Capacity as an allocated ascendancy point.

i do have the same problem! plus my affinity tabs do not work anymore those two bugs seem to happen to others with the titan chest bug
