Bugged health bar

During campaign after going into Ogham Village I get an bug to get a bigger "bleed" healthbar playing Ogham Village or maybe after using Herald of Blood spirit gem. It happened right after a patch before 0.4.0 where I got the same bug and it frequently showed during my gameplay:
