Permanent Minions not spawning/respawning

Playing on Witch and some of my skeleton warriors will die and not respawn while others do. At one point when I slotted a new minion skill (skele cleric) and switched my Spirit to it, the minion wouldn't spawn at all. My Infernal Hound always respawns, however. This wasn't a problem before the patch earlier today or one I've encountered before. Playing on Xbox Series X on the (now) normal league.
