cant load into ziggurat encampment

game loads into title screen fine, i go hit play on my character and ziggurat encampment loading screen pops up, i hear background sounds aswell as the music but nothing happens, even after leaving it for 10+ minutes, ive restarted multiple times, both steam and my pc
