Lightning warp now don't working

Lightning warp does not work on monster which is not low HP and in general targeting has become much different, build through lightning warp just don't working, please make skill target first ball lightning, then for mobs, otherwise build simply will not work, thank you!

I read it wrong, I thought it works differently, all good, sorry for that.


But still, the gameplay of the skill has become worse, so if I put ice walls and throw ball lightning, if they fly over the wall and the boss is standing nearby, I cannot teleport to them and break the walls, simply because either the wall or the boss is targeted, can you add a teleport to Ball lightning as a priority, it will fix all build problems for now, thank you!



And, another skill targeting problem, even on clearing, when i throwing lightning balls, if mobs staying near me, when i use lightning warp on lightning ball, its not working, it autotargeting near mob.
