Bug: Ability Combo Triggers Disconnect (Xbox Series S)

I'm playing as a Shaman. After casting Thunderstorm and Entangle, if I use Ferocious Roar, the game disconnects and rolls back to the last checkpoint.

I've tested this multiple times and the issue happens consistently.

Platform: Xbox Series S
Character name: Druidão

After approximately 30 minutes, I was able to complete the area "Jiquani's Sanctum". The issue occurred multiple times within the area, but no clear pattern could be identified. However, it consistently happened when Thunderstorm was applying Overgrowth to a plant.
