Blasphemy not working - still reserves spirit but needs manual on/off to trigger each zone

As title says - blasphemy is not working - it will reserve the spirit but I have no aura icon at my feet, buff does show in buff bar and it does nothing. I can turn it off and then back on and it works but it stops working each zone and I have to again turn it off and then back on!!

Confirming I am also experiencing this. It seems to turn off upon entering each zone and you have to manually deactivate it / reactivate it.
