Disciple of Varashta Damage Scaling

Not sure if it's a bug or what, but no nodes on the passive tree increase tooltip dps for either the fire or water djinn abilities. I've tried minion damage, damage with command skills, elemental damage, nothing changes the numbers except support gems and eligible +to level of skills (not spell skills) and minions. I have no idea if it's actually helping and just not showing or if this is intended.

Also on skill gem menu I cannot see dps for the fracturing skill, and I cannot apply quality. In the ascendancy it shows that it's possible

It is very annoying that you cannot see skill DPS in the gem menu, but it's only like that in town. Go into a zone and move around and it will popup for you. This is the only way I've been able to test to see if various passive nodes have even changed the numbers haha.

Yeah if a fix takes time, at the very least let us know which % nodes affect the damage of the fracturing skill.
