Game crashing in cross platform party and Red screen freeze

Game keeps disconnecting during party play. In a party of three, two Xbox Series X and one PC stand alone client. I will crash then 5 mins later the other Xbox party member will crash. Then we will be good for 20 minutes then will happen again. The PC player hasn't crashed since server came back with hotfix 0.4.

I am also getting the red screen and game freezes both in and out of town. Below are screen shots.
