Passive points BUG + Dont have location

I killed the boss Blind Beast, but the didn't drop the book with +2 passive skills. It shows up on the map as a killed boss. I'm also missing the location eye of hinekora. I just don't have it on my map.

Same on the blind beast not dropping skill book, hope I'm just missing something.
