Jiquani’s Machinarium / Soul Core

Console, Series S. Every time I talk to Alva after picking up the soul core, crash to character select. Skip talking to Alva and the first deposit will work. Deposit the second soul core in any alter after skipping convo and same crash. If you talk to Alva after the first deposit, same crash. No work around/skip to progress the zone. Please help.

I have the same. No possibility to continue the game! I cannot progress further. It is a critical bug...

Having same issue regardles of if I talk to Alva or not. Get soul core and when trying to talk to alva or interact with soul core device it freezes and I get booted.
