red screen legendary freeze = loosing an item

i have got a drop od legendary item Rusted Cuirass. Everything turn red and freezed, but not like game feature but to a point that I couldn't do anything to unfreez it. I coudn't move,i couldn't teleport or intetesuje with anything. it's very disappointing... instance died. I have lost legendary item. why did you do an feature like that when it make the game to crash? in looting game something like that makes us don't want to play anymore...

answer "we have that problem, we are working on it" is not an excuse to have that feature when it does something like that. You should either delate it like you know - now - or make it works 100% times. Every other reasponse is just not having any respect to time and efforts of your players.

without that idiotic feature i would have my legendary but now I don't have it.... big thanks... ehhh
