Druids do not receive spirit from scepters

I'm playing a druid with the Awaken Oracle spell, and the spirit provided by the scepter isn't working. Initially, I was using the Lord of the Wild keystone, which halves my spirit, but it doesn't consider the spirit from the scepter in the calculation, only the base spirit and the armor spirit. Even after removing points from the keystone, I still don't receive spirit from the scepter.



From the screenshot you can see, 30 spirit from the campaign + 33 from the armor + 100 from the scepter, a total of 163 spirit. The keystore reduces it by half, so I should have 80 spirit.

I managed to solve it; apparently, the weapon set with automatic shapeshifting isn't available in the city, and that's what caused my confusion.
