[Blocking] Druid Maul/Shred skill disabled on PC Xbox controller

Unable to get past the druid changeling tutorial step in The Riverbank because the binding for Maul is not recognised/activated.

The Changeling Talisman is set to Bear and I'm in bear form, but the Maul skill remains disabled in the bindings. Broken in the same way for Wolf form with Shred.

Have tried logging out and logging back in as well, to see if that cleared it (it didn't).

PC build 0.4.0 hotfix 6, via Steam
Using XBox controller

Edit: Meant the starter level The Riverbank, not Freythorn.
