network issue where my screen gets stuck

When I am playing game the ping suddenly rises to infinite number and the screen gets stuck. At the start of the menu it recommending the hong Kong when i am near to the Singapore.please check the if there is any server issue because my net is stable and no rendering in any game except in poe2 since last act its happening

Same here but in EU servers (Paris). Had a few spikes to 80k-100k that stopped for 30scds then went back to spikes again; and now it's infinite spike, currently at 350k ms. No problems on other games, no problems loading browsers or any internet pages (except poe site ;) ). Did a speed test incase, but everything is fine.
It's been like that for 3 hours now, unplayable. |

Hello same for me. 40k spikes (Paris) since I went to bed around 7 am GMT+1

If initial troubleshooting doesn't help, I would recommend posting an MTR log for GGG to look over.
