Overwhelming Presence in Bear Form

It does not show affecting enemies in my presence.

I'm glad somebody else is using this. I also notice that there is no visual effect. And it does not show the aura being on even though it shows in my skill list as being active.
I'm hoping this is just a bug and they see if its working or not
