Blood Moon Wolf Pack Cosmetic Not in My Cosmetics

Hello,
I got the twitch drops 12.12.25, which also are registered in my twitch drops on my account here on the account management of my poe 2 early access account. However, it is not in the game on my PS5 game. Can you please look into why this is not showing up? All other cosmetics are working perfectly fine after claiming. When I go into my cosmetics tab the Werewolf shapeshifting cosmetic is not available. Nor are there any listed cosmetics available related to any of the werewolf skills I have (i.e., Pounce). Hello, I also received Blood Moon Wolf Pack from Twitch. For a moment, it was in the tab but unavailable (it was highlighted in red and there was a note about a microtransaction). After restarting the game, Blood Moon Wolf Pack disappeared. Can you look into this?

Same, everything else this season has shown up fine, but this Wolf Pack one is just not there after claiming it.
