cant use Wolf pack with Cackling Companions

I hope this is a bug cause the build already feels weak with this not working together makes it even weaker.

It should be a Bug. I planed my build to it, got the Yriel's Fostering
Strider Vest to increases the companion Limit but i cant activate both. Im pretty Sure they coded the weapon as a wolf Pack.

Bump coz its a game breaking Bug for me :-( fix it please
