Cannot interact with Omen Altar

Hello I submitted bug report 717615800 and I'll attach a screenshot of an Omen Altar that can't be interacted with although there's no discernable reason it shouldn't be. My best guess is that these little effigy models that were spawned around it are blocking it but I don't know.
