Game crashes when changing areas

I'm playing on Xbox, and I played all night last night with little to no technical issues. I've logged in this morning and my game now crashes (I get the "an unexpected disconnection occurred) every time I try to portal out of an area after making any progress. It seems if I waypoint travel to an area and immediately TP it doesn't crash, but as soon as I pick up an item or gain EXP and try to TP I get disconnected. Not sure what the issue may be. I've lowered all of my graphic settings to minimum and also completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Any help would be appreciated, if there's something I can do on my end. Thank you

This is happening to me too. cannot progress at all, really sad I took pto to play and now I literally can’t progress
