After i killed the blind beast, i didnt get the 2 skills book.

This same thing happened to me. Please fix... I thought I was losing my mind.

also it showed that I finished. I reset the instance, and killed the blind beast again, but no luck.

Everyone in this thread needs to learn to read the patch notes. You no longer get the book from the Blind Beast. You get it from the Dark Mists quest.

if this is the case they need to remove the upgrade icon from the map legend, it is still there. and it doesn't get crossed off when you kill the boss.
