Act 4 final boss/ completing any quest kicks me out and resets instance to before I completed

Cannot progress at all, whenever I finish phase one of act 4 final boss or complete any quest my game kicks me out and resets me to before I did it I tried it on pc, and same thing happens. Literally cannot progress on my Druid until this is fixed. Please help asap! Xbox series X but it also happened on pc so I think it’s an account issue it didn’t happen until the hot patch last night so maybe my progression is corrupted. Maybe just reset my progression to when you craft the weapon with hooded one.
