Exploration NPC's / Passive points for all Events- Delirium, Abyss,

I am in end game yet I am unable to add them to my hideout. Especially the exploration NPC's. I as able to trick Ange in. Yet unable to do the same for them. Also, the Abyss is bugged in the 4 act, I clear the whole area yet it did not complete, so I am concerned I did not get passive points. I know they are not showing right now. Delirium did not drop anything when I completed the quest in the 4 act. Seem like all systems are bug dealing with side event items. Please help.
