Unplayable lag/fps drops/stutters (AMD)

Constantly getting big FPS drops with shaders spiking.

I have tried:

- Resetting shader cache in AMD

- Removing shadercache in %appdata%

- Vulkan and directx12

- Reinstalling the game

- Multiple different ingame settings


Nothing works and i have had the same issue every poe2 league so far.


My specs are:

6700 XT

Ryzen 5 5600

WD Black SN770 NVMe SSD

32gb RAM
