Please add a way to make Rage (or similar effects) invisible

It could be a setting, or MTX, it doesn't matter, just add a way to make it invisible. With the release of shaman everyone (myself included) is going crazy with Rage as a resource. Having the new point which generates it continuously makes it so the character has an everlasting red effect, which is incredibly irritating for people who care to style their characters.

So please, just give us a way to deal with it
