Counterstancing passive bug

I believe the Counterstancing passive for Huntress doesn't work. It doesn't add any damage to my skills, there's no increase in tooltips.

For example, Stalk and Leap passive clearly increases the numbers in tooltips, but there's no change after parrying an attack with Counterstancing passive.

Same. Hard to test but the way it's worded it definitely doesn't work.
