Idea for a Mercenary skill interaction

I have an idea which might make one of underused Merc skills much more usable. Incendiary Shot should be able to ignite Gas and Oil Grenades.

You could say "but we already have Explosive Shot". Yes, but Incendiary Shot is underused, and also very satisfying to use. This would make it even better.
