Pls fix lightning rod not firing additional arrows with 100% chance for additional arrow

Just tested this, deadeye ascendancy’s +1 projectile does adds one more lightning rod, but any surpassing chance for additional arrow on bow or passive tree does not add one more lightning rod. This does’t make sense as it costs so many passive points just to get 100% surpassing chance for additional arrow now. Please fix this.
