PS5 crashes

I have been having multiple crash sites in act 3. Apex of filth boss fight has crashed 3 times and the last time erased all my progress in the area. I also have noticed that if I transform to a wolf using pounce my game crashes every time.

EDIT: Mostly sure my PS5 client crashes when the person I am playing with uses wolf pounce as druid. Weird.

Seeing many, many crashes today in act 3. (PS5 pro.)

I'm a minion witch. Friend in group is a druid (he's on PC and is not crashing). I do not know if he's switching to wolf form (pounce) but will ask. But no crashes in act 1 or 2, and now today maybe ~10-15 crashes in act 3. When I crash, all progress on the map is gone.

Wish I could supply more info to help out, just reporting only seeing crashes and only since entering act 3. It's happened in every zone.
