"THE SEARCH" quest bugged (Act 4)

I defeated all 3 bosses that give weapon pieces but the quest wont move forward even tho i've been to every island currently on my map and talked to EVERY npc. Additionally, at shrike island, I'm pretty sure the retrieve the shrike egg is bugged because there's a quest location indicator on the minimap right over the big nest IN the corrupted nest by scourge of the skies but nothing can be interacted with. please help, I'm a new player and this is sadly disappointing considering the hours I've been putting in just to have to likely make a new character and hope the quest doesn't bug again once i get to it...

I have the exact same problem. Killed Scourge of the Skies twice but same problem continues...

I also have the 'Scourge of the Skies' bug. Despite killing it three times, the quest won't advance, and The Hooded One and Doryani never appear.

Fix: the weapon piece now drop from the boss from the Isle of Kin
