Vaal Temple Won't Open

Around level 30, I was running a vaal temple and finished it then came back out and looked at the map device and clicked one of the buttons (i think stop run or something) and since then it's glitched my vaal temples. Regardless of how many crystals I have, it opens a temple portal every time but the game says it cant open the vaal temple. When I have 6 crystals, same deal it gives the same error message. So currently, I can't run any vaal temples. Please send help

Bump. Im now level 77 and I still don't have access to the new league mechanic. Keeps saying it fails to load the instance. Please, I would love to play the new league mechanic on my character that is in the new league.

Bump, day 3 of asking for someone from GGG to please look into this issue so I can play the actual league mechanics. Thanks.

Man, that sucks. Getting to level 77 without being able to run the new mechanic is brutal. It definitely sounds like clicking that 'stop run' button mid-process desynced your map device. Maybe try doing a different map or a story zone to see if it forces a reset? Fingers crossed it gets fixed in the next hotfix!

Same issue with me. Failed to open instance every time.
