Console specific issue: equipped talisman bugs out when upgrading

Hey!
So this is a console specific issue I haven't experienced at all on pc but my friend who plays on his (xbox?) console did.

report ID from him: 1,326,445,592.

Basically the bug happened during the vaal temple but persistet outside of it too and only fixed temporarily after changing zones.

He had a talisman (the druid weapon) equipped and as he was trying to slam a currency on it (was a regal orb first and then exaltet) the item text became invisible/didnt change and the item became unusuable. He couldnt unequip it or see what was happening. The currency was still consumed but he didnt know the outcome until he switched zones. After using currency on it again it bugged out again. This issue was ONLY with the talisman and ONLY a console specific issue.

Apparently this bug also persitet when the item was not equipped but not as consistant then.


Pls fix! Really sucks and I assume a lot of console players might have this issue.
