Anticipation - nerfed or bugged?

Among the other hidden ways they've been trying to nerf twister and whirlwind builds, despite making microtransactions for it at last this patch, the skill Anticipation (commonly used for Twister alongside Unleash) is no longer able to be anointed or megalomaniac'ed.
As far as I know this is the ONLY large passive node which cannot be anointed. Is this a bug or intended? Last bumped on Dec 14, 2025, 2:40:39 PM

Maybe it's now part of the Oracle (Druid) tree. PoEPlanner has the wrong tree.
