[bug report] Unable to read ancient monument lore text in Ashen Forest (Interlude)

In interlude, in location "Ashen Forest" you can find ancient monument that givs uncut skill gem and some lore text. Window with that text immediately closes, so you are unable to read it.

steps to reproduce:
click on the ancient monument

expected behavior: you can read lore text while it auto scrolls
actual behavior: window with lore text immediately closes

I am having the same issue listed above.

Me too on shared screen it also happens with the rejoice lore text in apex of filth

Same problem here, as well as in some other locations, for example the above mentioned one in Apex of Filth. Presumably ones without voice lines?
